was born at the intersection of the Far East, Latin America, and the United States.
Founded in 2020
Janna International was created as a platform by David Janna, aimed at integrating his international experience, cultural knowledge and relationship-building skills for the benefit of companies seeking to create, expand or strengthen their businesses.
Since its beginnings, the firm has operated as a bridge between markets, cultures, and opportunities, connecting clients and partners with new business ventures through strategic consulting, international trade, public relations, and academic knowledge.
The guiding pillar of Janna International is to sell peace of mind. In a complex international environment, where cultural, regulatory, and operational differences can create risks and uncertainty, our role is to support our clients at every stage of the process, providing judgment, experience, and an international network that allows them to make decisions with confidence and develop their projects with security.
Our Founder
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish , and with over nine years of professional experience, David Janna is an entrepreneur, academic, and lover of life dedicated to building bridges between Colombia and the world.
He studied at Colegio Nueva Granada, where he developed an interest in international affairs from a young age. Thanks to his discipline, he earned scholarships that allowed him to study for seven years in China. While living in China, he learned Mandarin and completed his degree in International Business with honors at East China Normal University. He also pursued business studies at the University of Sheffield.
David finally obtained his Master's degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on foreign policy and international relations, at Tsinghua University.
His unwavering determination throughout his career has allowed him to participate in significant projects in sectors such as technology, real estate, payment gateways, hospitality, tourism, and marine engineering. Driven by a deep love for Colombia, David continues to promote the country’s international positioning, showcasing to the world the resilience, talent, and potential of his homeland.
